Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closure for corporate and institutional clients. The role involves understanding client requirements across gifting, employee engagement, and procurement, preparing tailored proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring a smooth handover to operations and fulfillment teams. The Sales Executive will maintain and grow key accounts, track pipeline and performance metrics using CRM tools, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and campaigns. The role also includes market research, participation in industry events, and providing feedback on customer needs and competitive trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in corporate gifting, HR solutions, SaaS, or related service industries.
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure, with consistent achievement of sales targets or quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Comfort using CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), along with basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand client pain points, design tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
- High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with corporate HR, rewards and recognition, procurement, or CSR ecosystems in India is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel locally for meetings, events, and client interactions as needed.
