Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will engage with prospective learners via calls, emails, and online meetings to understand their career goals and recommend suitable Miles Education programs. The role involves managing leads from various channels, providing detailed program information, addressing queries, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process. The Inside Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up consistently to close admissions targets, and collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion and learner experience. The position requires meeting individual and team sales goals while delivering a consultative, learner-focused experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and conduct persuasive yet consultative sales conversations.
- Experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or customer-facing roles, preferably in education, training, or edtech sectors.
- Ability to manage leads, maintain CRM records, and follow structured sales processes to achieve targets.
- Comfort with using digital tools, online meeting platforms, and basic productivity software for outreach and reporting.
- Good understanding of career development in accounting, finance, or technology, or willingness to quickly learn about AI-ready accounting pathways.
- Goal-oriented mindset with resilience, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; business, commerce, or related fields are an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages relevant to the Bengaluru market are a plus.
