About The Role

We're looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative with a strong interest in cybersecurity to join our Sales Development team. Your job will be to identify potential customers, engage them, run product demos, and convert them into long-term clients.

You'll play a key role in expanding our reach across SMB and mid-market companies.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and target mid-market and enterprise accounts across India.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, calls, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Engage directly with security decision-makers, including CISOs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery demo proposal negotiation close.
  • Run clear, compelling demos showcasing:
  • AI-driven features
  • Security diagnostics
  • Admin dashboards
  • Flexible pay-per-use pricing
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline to support a $1.5M annual target.
  • Share weekly progress and insights with leadership.
  • Start as an individual contributor, then gradually hire and guide 13 SDRs/AEs.
  • Coach your team on outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 months

  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of our buyers.
  • A qualified pipeline aligned with the $1.5M revenue target.
  • First key accounts closed and onboarded. In 6-12 months
  • Steady acquisition of new enterprise accounts.
  • Growth within existing accounts.
  • A small, high-performing sales team led by you.

What We're looking for

  • 3+ years of B2B or SaaS sales experience (preferably selling to CXOs).
  • Strong background in enterprise sales, business development, and hunting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Experience in startups, especially selling directly to founders or CXOs.
  • Excellent prospecting, lead generation, and data-mining skills.
