We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to manage inbound leads generated through LinkedIn and other channels. Your job is to be the first point of contact engage leads, build rapport, follow up persistently, and qualify them for sales calls with the founding team.

This is not a cold calling role. Leads come to us. You need to make sure we don't lose them.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to and engage inbound leads from LinkedIn, website, and ad campaigns
  • Follow up with prospects consistently across WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn DMs
  • Understand the prospect's business needs and qualify them based on budget, timeline, and fit
  • Schedule discovery/sales calls and hand off qualified leads to the founder
  • Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, notes, and next steps
  • Coordinate across multiple client campaigns and keep track of pipeline activity
  • Share weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and follow-up metrics

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi written and verbal
  • Comfortable having business conversations with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers
  • Disciplined with follow-ups you don't need to be reminded
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have

  • Experience in agency sales or SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of B2C and B2B buying cycles

Compensation

  • 1.5-1.8 lacs + performance-based incentives (based on qualified calls booked and deals closed)
