Role Description

We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Digitive LLC, a rapidly growing staffing firm specializing in IT, Engineering, Healthcare, and Field Operations talent across North America. This remote position is based in India and supports our VP of Strategic Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospects in the U.S. and Canada.

- Set qualified meetings for the VP of Strategic Partnerships.

- Research staffing market trends, target accounts, and competitor insights.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-market and startup prospects.

- Log activities and update our CRM (HubSpot) accurately.

- Prepare weekly reports and support targeted sales campaigns.

Requirements:

- 15 years of SDR/BDR experience in the staffing industry is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of the U.S. staffing market.

- Experience engaging mid-market and startup clients.

- MSP/VMS experience is preferred.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot.

- Ability to work in U.S. time zones.
