Ltd. develops InSAT, a security awareness training platform that helps organizations train and test users against phishing and other cyberattacks. InSAT combines advanced cyber attack simulations with a robust Learning Management System (LMS) and an extensive library of interactive, engaging training content. The platform enables organizations to assess and strengthen employee resilience across multiple attack vectors through realistic, evolving scenarios. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative based in the Pune District, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted outreach to decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential customers, building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and conducting discovery calls or online demos to understand client needs and introduce InSAT solutions. The role involves closely collaborating with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns, nurture leads, and hand off qualified opportunities for closure. The Sales Development Representative will also maintain accurate CRM records, track key metrics, and provide feedback from the market to help refine messaging and positioning.
Qualifications
  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability in Sales and Business Development, with experience building and managing a pipeline toward defined targets.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and online meeting software.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or B2B technology sales is highly beneficial.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
