Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Enterprise Sales

About CargoFL

CargoFL is an AI-driven Transport Management System (TMS) helping enterprises digitize and optimize their logistics operations. Our platform is used by large enterprises across industries to improve visibility, efficiency, and intelligence in supply chain and transportation.

We are expanding our enterprise sales team and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong BPO / Call Center background to help build and qualify pipeline with large enterprise accounts.

Role Overview

The SDR will be responsible for outbound calling, engaging potential enterprise customers, and generating qualified opportunities for the enterprise sales team.

This role is ideal for candidates with international or domestic calling experience who are looking to transition into B2B SaaS and enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and outreach to potential enterprise clients
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as Supply Chain Heads, Logistics Managers, and Operations Leaders
  • Generate qualified meetings and demo opportunities for the enterprise sales team
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-ups
  • Use LinkedIn, email, and calling to engage prospects effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and opportunities in CRM/Excel
  • Understand client requirements and position CargoFL's solutions effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution and lead generation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0 – 4 years of experience in BPO / Call Center / Telecalling / Inside Sales
  • Experience in international or domestic voice process (sales or lead generation preferred)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Confidence in speaking with senior-level stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
  • Interest in SaaS, logistics, or enterprise sales
