Sales Developement Representative – SaaS Enterprise Sales

Location: Pune or Remote/Hybrid

CargoFL is an AI-driven Transport Management System (TMS) helping enterprises digitize and optimize their logistics operations. Our platform is used by large enterprises across industries to improve visibility, efficiency, and intelligence in supply chain and transportation.

We are expanding our enterprise sales team and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and qualify pipeline with large enterprise accounts.

Role Overview

The SDR will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential large enterprise customers, initiating conversations with senior stakeholders, and generating qualified opportunities for the enterprise sales team.

This role focuses on strategic outbound prospecting, account research, and setting up initial product discussions and demos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research large enterprise accounts (LE segment) across target industries such as retail, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including Supply Chain Heads, Logistics Heads, and Operations and Tech Leaders.
  • Generate qualified meetings and product demo opportunities for the enterprise sales team.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of enterprise prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, outreach activities, and opportunities in CRM/Excel.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise sales and marketing teams to drive account-based outreach strategies.
  • Understand customer logistics challenges and position CargoFL's AI-driven TMS as a solution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, inside sales, or business development.
  • Experience in enterprise prospecting or outbound sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders in large organizations.
  • Interest in supply chain technology, logistics, or SaaS platforms.
