About you:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of the wider Sales function within STAAH, an Access company, focusing on generating qualified sales pipeline across India. You'll convert inbound leads into genuine opportunities and prospect outbound into new hotel accounts, introducing hoteliers to STAAH's hospitality technology suite, including our Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Reputation Management and Revenue Management System. This is an entry-level opportunity to start an exciting career in hospitality technology, with full product training, sales mentoring and a clear path to grow into a direct sales role of your own.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns, demo requests and the website into sales-qualified opportunities

• Prospect outbound into target hotels and hotel groups, using phone, email and LinkedIn to create new pipeline across India's regional markets

• Qualify prospects against a clear framework, understanding their needs, budget, timing and decision-makers so the opportunities you pass on are real, not just appointments on a calendar

• Plan and prioritise your territory, manage your daily activity, and make sure no good opportunity slips through

• Partner with Business Development Managers and marketing to align on messaging, share what you're hearing from Indian hoteliers, and keep pipeline moving

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM to support reliable forecasting and reporting.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• A genuine passion for sales, or a strong motivation to learn the craft

• Confident written and spoken English, with the ability to present convincingly over video

• Fluency in Hindi and/or a regional Indian language to connect with hoteliers across markets (desirable)

• An organised, proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven team

• Comfort working with a CRM and basic sales data

• An interest in hospitality, travel tech or SaaS, ideally with a degree-level qualification

• Some exposure to inbound lead qualification or outbound prospecting (desirable)
