Hiring: Sales & Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for an energetic and committed Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at South East Ocean.

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Experience: 0–2 Years

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary:

• First 3 Months Probation: ₹7,500/month
• After Probation: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month
• Additional Sales Closing Incentives Available

What You'll Do:

• Cold calling and lead generation
• Software and educational course sales
• Client communication and follow-ups
• Sales pitch development and presentation
• Meta Ads basic management
• GTM (Go-To-Market) support
• SOP and process coordination
• Poster and short video creation (plus)
• Assist in marketing campaigns and branding

Required Skills:

• Fluent English communication (Mandatory)
• Hindi or Tamil speaking preferred
• Strong speaking and convincing skills
• Confident and energetic personality
• Basic understanding of AI / Gen AI tools is a plus
• Responsible, committed, and willing to grow long-term
