Job Description

We are looking for a proactive professional to support product demonstrations, customer coordination, documentation, and marketing activities. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, support business growth, and contribute to product and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demos and explain product features to prospective customers
  • Understand customer requirements and assist in solution recommendations
  • Prepare client proposals, presentations, and supporting documents
  • Manage and support existing customers, ensuring smooth communication and issue follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams (tech/support/implementation/sales) to ensure timely resolution and delivery
  • Create and maintain product documentation, brochures, and marketing collateral
  • Support company marketing activities, including content, presentations, and brand assets
  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities such as lead generation support, campaign coordination, and content execution for the company and clients.
  • Stay updated with platform/API documentation and industry changes relevant to the product

Required Skills

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in Product Specialist / Pre-Sales / Customer Success / Product Marketing / Digital Marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer-facing workflows
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (lead generation, campaign execution, and marketing funnels)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive follow-up approach

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with messaging automation platforms / WhatsApp CRM tools
  • Exposure to chatbot automation or AI-enabled product features
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or CRM workflows
