We are looking for a proactive professional to support product demonstrations, customer coordination, documentation, and marketing activities. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, support business growth, and contribute to product and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demos and explain product features to prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and assist in solution recommendations
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and supporting documents
- Manage and support existing customers, ensuring smooth communication and issue follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech/support/implementation/sales) to ensure timely resolution and delivery
- Create and maintain product documentation, brochures, and marketing collateral
- Support company marketing activities, including content, presentations, and brand assets
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities such as lead generation support, campaign coordination, and content execution for the company and clients.
- Stay updated with platform/API documentation and industry changes relevant to the product
Required Skills
- 2 – 5 years of experience in Product Specialist / Pre-Sales / Customer Success / Product Marketing / Digital Marketing roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer-facing workflows
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (lead generation, campaign execution, and marketing funnels)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive follow-up approach
Preferred Skills
- Experience with messaging automation platforms / WhatsApp CRM tools
- Exposure to chatbot automation or AI-enabled product features
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or CRM workflows
