Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Morbi. The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building and nurturing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales strategies. The role includes conducting sales training sessions, developing marketing strategies, and promoting the company's ceramic products to both new and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proven experience in Sales, including lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving targets.
• Proficiency in Sales Management, including strategic planning and maintaining healthy client relationships.
• Experience in conducting Training sessions for team members to improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams to align strategies and drive promotions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the ceramics or construction materials industry is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
