Role Description

This is a full-time, work from home role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in New Delhi. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales strategies and practices, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include promoting and selling services, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions for teams and clients, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and meet revenue targets
• Experience in Training others, including conducting workshops and sharing best practices
