This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, managing sales processes, including lead generation and deal closing, and implementing effective marketing strategies. The individual will conduct customer training sessions, provide excellent customer service, and manage marketing campaigns to ensure business growth. Collaboration across teams and proactive engagement with clients are critical aspects of this position.

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive lead generation, retain clients, and close deals effectively.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and maintain client satisfaction.
• Experience in Training clients on products and services to ensure effective utilization and client success.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the steel or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
