Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to drive admissions and partnerships for Knowletive's training and placement programs. The candidate will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets through college visits, client engagement, lead conversions, and systematic follow-ups using CRM tools.
Key Roles & Responsibilities- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for training and placement courses.
- Visit colleges, universities, and corporate clients to generate leads and establish partnerships.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and counseling sessions to promote Knowletive programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with placement officers, principals, and students.
- Generate and qualify leads, manage the sales funnel, and ensure smooth conversion.
- Track and update leads in CRM daily and maintain accurate reports of activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for digital campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Handle follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to close admissions and partnerships.
- Participate in college fairs, training expos, and workshops to represent the brand.
- Provide regular MIS reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities and institutional tie-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 13 years of experience in education sales, training sales, or B2B partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and basic digital communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independent field operations.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and achieve deadlines.
Performance Metrics- Achievement of monthly admission targets.
- Number of college visits and client meetings per month.
- Lead conversion ratio and CRM activity compliance.
- Quality of client and student engagement.
Compensation- Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives tied to target achievement.
