At Northern Agency, we're a 13+ member creative squad managing 35+ clients across India, helping brands scale beyond 1.2Cr+ in client revenue.

Now, we're looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive someone who's smart, organised, and knows how to turn conversations into conversions

What You'll Do:

• Generate & follow up on business leads through calls, DMs & email
• Maintain strong client relationships & support ongoing projects
• Handle admin tasks like reports, client coordination & scheduling
• Assist management in proposals, outreach & business growth activities
• Be the connecting link between clients and our creative team

Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or admin
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Comfortable with CRM tools, follow-ups & reporting
• Real Estate background Huge plus!

Salary:

7,000 12,000 or plus (based on experience)
