Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven IT Field Sales / Business Development Executive with 25 years of experience in selling IT products and services to B2B and/or B2C customers. The role involves regular client visits, lead generation, relationship building, and closing business to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate new business through field visits, meetings, cold calling, and networking.
- Identify potential customers and schedule face-to-face meetings for sales discussions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT products and service solutions.
- Present offerings, deliver demos, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand competition, trends, and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of proven experience in IT product and/or IT services sales.
- Strong experience in field sales, onsite client meetings, and revenue generation.
- Exposure to B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions such as software, cloud, SaaS, digital services, or IT support services.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor/field sales roles.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
