Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven IT Field Sales / Business Development Executive with 25 years of experience in selling IT products and services to B2B and/or B2C customers. The role involves regular client visits, lead generation, relationship building, and closing business to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate new business through field visits, meetings, cold calling, and networking.
  • Identify potential customers and schedule face-to-face meetings for sales discussions.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT products and service solutions.
  • Present offerings, deliver demos, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project onboarding.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand competition, trends, and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 25 years of proven experience in IT product and/or IT services sales.
  • Strong experience in field sales, onsite client meetings, and revenue generation.
  • Exposure to B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions such as software, cloud, SaaS, digital services, or IT support services.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor/field sales roles.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
