Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Executive located in Pune. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating on sales and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include market research, client outreach, proposal development, and supporting project execution to ensure client satisfaction. The candidate will also engage in negotiating contracts and meeting revenue targets while promoting VALSTEM's services and values.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Experience with Market Research, Lead Generation, and Proposal Development.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Automation or similar technical domains is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
