Were looking for a proactive and result-drivenSales & Business Development professionalto join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to deal closure and relationship management.
Youll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in thecrane and heavy engineering segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities throughcold calling, emails, client visits, and market mapping.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Conductsales presentations, demos, and site visitsto explain technical and commercial aspects.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree(Engineering or Business preferred).
- Minimum1 year of experiencein B2B industrial or equipment sales (Crane/Material Handling preferred).
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity withCRM tools and MS Officeis an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
