Were looking for a proactive and result-drivenSales & Business Development professionalto join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to deal closure and relationship management.

Youll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in thecrane and heavy engineering segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities throughcold calling, emails, client visits, and market mapping.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
  • Conductsales presentations, demos, and site visitsto explain technical and commercial aspects.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree(Engineering or Business preferred).
  • Minimum1 year of experiencein B2B industrial or equipment sales (Crane/Material Handling preferred).
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity withCRM tools and MS Officeis an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
