Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, following up with potential clients, organizing property viewings, negotiating deals, and assisting clients in the home-buying process. The role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction and providing professional guidance to build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, customer relationship management, and effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and resolving client concerns effectively
• Knowledge of the real estate market, client needs assessment, and industry trends
• Time management, organization, and multitasking skills to handle multiple client inquiries
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and software applications commonly used in real estate
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
