Vice President of Sales

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Sales based in Chennai. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, driving business growth, and maintaining client relationships. The role includes overseeing sales operations, meeting organizational revenue goals, expanding market reach, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives. Additionally, the Vice President will ensure efficient sales processes and foster a culture of high performance and accountability within the team.

• Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
• Strong background in Account Management and client relationship building
• Experience in Business Development and identifying new revenue opportunities
• Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Strategic thinking and ability to execute growth-driven sales strategies
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in sustainability or waste management industries is a plus
