Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai, as part of the Marketing Team. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and engaging in customer-facing activities such as sales and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the organization's values and initiatives, building relationships, and driving impactful marketing campaigns. Collaboration and teamwork will be essential in delivering results effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with a diverse audience.
- Experience in Market Research and formulating impactful Marketing Strategies to drive results.
- Sales skills to build meaningful relationships and achieve outreach and growth goals.

- Knowledge of youth-centric programs or experience in non-profit marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
