Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. or (any Graduate)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and online job boards
