We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata from Bajaj Life Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a database of candidates and track the recruitment process.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide insights on talent market trends.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. or (any Graduate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations in India.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
