We are looking for enthusiastic freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as Recruiters in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people and a desire to learn about the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of human resources and recruitment processes.
