Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for IT and corporate roles using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and communicate with candidates.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using recruitment tools and Excel trackers.
  • Support weekend hiring events and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration to drive business strategy and career growth.
  • Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders while promoting an inclusive workplace.
