About The Opportunity

We are hiring an on-site Front Office Receptionist to be the professional, welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors and clients. This role is critical for maintaining smooth front-desk operations, managing appointments, and supporting core administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment based in India.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in visitors professionally; manage visitor badges and maintain visitor logs.
  • Operate multiline phone system: route calls, take messages and respond to routine inquiries promptly.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting-room bookings, coordinate with internal teams for room setup.
  • Handle basic cash transactions and front-desk billing; reconcile petty cash and support expense tracking.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties: mail distribution, reception area upkeep, and supply inventory.
  • Escalate facility, security or client issues to appropriate teams and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications (brief)

  • Prior front-desk or customer-facing experience in a corporate office or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Professional appearance, strong punctuality and ability to work on-site full-time in India.
