Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Delhi, India. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting patients, answering and directing phone calls, handling correspondence, and performing general clerical duties. The individual will also maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff while efficiently managing administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and effective management of receptionist duties
  • Proficiency in clerical skills such as scheduling, filing, and data entry
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and team members
  • Organizational skills and an ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
