This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist based in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting clients through their real estate purchase process, including property search, market research, and presenting real estate options. You will manage client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth coordination with relevant stakeholders such as developers and agents. The role also involves staying informed about the latest market trends and adhering to organizational objectives to achieve sales targets effectively.

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Development
• Proficiency in Sales and knowledge of Real Property markets
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
• Understanding of the local real estate market in Bengaluru
• Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in Real Estate, Business, or a related field are an advantage
