The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving consistent revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management:Engage with potential buyers, deeply understand their specific needs, and guide them professionally through the entire property buying journey.
- Sales Execution & Target Achievement:Consistently meet and exceed demanding sales targets by employing a strategic and consultative sales approach.
- Lead Conversion & Field Work:Conduct daily in-person meetings and organize property site visits to effectively convert leads into successful transactions.
- Market Expertise & Advisory:Serve as an expert on the Bangalore real estate market, with a specific focus on North and East Bangalore, to provide informed and effective client advice.
- Channel Partner Collaboration:Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with builders, developers, and external real estate agents (Channel Partners) to generate and close business.
- Deal Closure:Proactively manage the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiating deal terms, and overseeing seamless transaction closure.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in the North & East Bangalore property markets.
- A proactive, results-oriented, and ambitious attitude focused on consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proven, measurable track record of success in closing deals and significantly driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across the city for site visits and client meetings.
- Mandatory requirement to own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field work.
- Available to work a 6-day workweek (a mix of field and office duties).
