Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, facilitate negotiations, and provide expert guidance throughout the transaction process. Other responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, advising on market trends, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on property laws and regulations while providing high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
• Strong skills in Sales and Negotiation
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions and knowledge sharing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the real estate industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with property market trends and legal regulations in the real estate sector
