Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable property solutions.
  • Drive property sales through meetings and follow-ups.
  • Handle negotiation processes and advise clients on market conditions and pricing.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
  • Manage daily routine calls with clients.
  • Accompany clients for site visits and property presentations.
  • Sell properties to prospective clients.
  • Make 70-80 prospect calls per day.
  • Ensure mandatory weekend client visits and work toward closing deals.
  • Generate revenue by closing sales.
  • Field sales involved (on-ground meetings and visits).

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in real estate (freshers with exposure may apply). Graduation in any field.
  • Two-wheeler is compulsory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate and local locations.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Target-based job with fixed salary + incentives.
  • Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days (weekday off provided).
  • Prospect leads will be provided by the company.
