This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant position located in Gurugram. In this role, the consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing premium residential properties. Key tasks include understanding client needs, offering tailored property recommendations, managing property tours, handling negotiations, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end transaction process. The consultant will also work to build long-term client relationships and meet sales targets.

• Expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and market trends
• Strong skills in Sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in Negotiation to close deals effectively
• Capability to train and support clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a competitive market
• Prior real estate experience and knowledge of the Gurgaon property market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
