Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Consultant will focus on building strong client relationships, assisting clients with property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities. Responsibilities include providing expert advice on real estate markets, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and managing client interactions with transparency and professionalism. The role also involves staying up-to-date on market trends and maintaining an in-depth understanding of local real estate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Real Estate and Real Property management.
• Experience in Sales with a strong understanding of property transactions.
• Exceptional Negotiation skills crucial for closing deals and managing client expectations.
• Capability to enable client confidence through Training and educational engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Solid knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market, including local trends and prime areas like Golf Course Road.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM tools and other relevant digital platforms is an advantage.
