Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Rohini. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property market analysis, and advising clients on real estate trends and investment opportunities. The job includes negotiating deals, providing training to clients on real estate processes, and maintaining strong client relationships. The consultant will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the property transaction process.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to provide Training related to real estate marketing, processes, and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions
• Proficiency in conducting market research and analyses
• Experience in a similar role or relevant real estate industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
