This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating property deals, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this role involves staying updated on market trends, preparing necessary documentation, and liaising with various stakeholders, including property owners and developers, to ensure client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and Sales strategies
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate processes and market trends
• Previous experience in Sales and the ability to close deals effectively
• Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in local real estate regulations and practices in Gurugram is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
