Real Estate Consultant

SunsysTechsol Pvt. Ltd. specializes in Renewable Energy and IT/Digital Solutions. Our Renewable Energy division provides comprehensive services including Solar EPC, Project Development & Consulting, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M). We are involved in a variety of government and institutional projects such as KUSUM Yojana and Solar Pump Installations for agriculture. Our IT & Digital Solutions division offers Web & Software Development, Digital Marketing & Branding, E-commerce Solutions, IT Services & Automation, and also Placement & EdTech Services. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Consultant, based in Noida with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, providing property consultations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also handle property negotiations, identify market opportunities, assist in sales training, and maintain a solid network of industry contacts.

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to provide effective Training related to real estate sales processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and real estate management tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
