Handle inbound/outbound calls from students and parents

Counsel learners and recommend suitable courses

Explain course details, fees, and career outcomes

Qualify leads, follow up, and update CRM

Schedule counseling sessions or demos

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Education/Business preferred)

13 years of Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Education Counseling experience

Strong communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with CRM and target-driven environment
