Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details.
Follow up with generated leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and share suitable project options.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Min 6 months of calling experience in sales.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to convince and engage customers on calls.
Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry).
