Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, confident on calls, and experienced in lead management.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers through CRM data, online leads, and referrals
Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and buying intent
Share project details, brochures, pricing, and location maps
Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits
Maintain accurate lead status and follow-ups in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Share customer feedback with marketing and sales teams
Requirements
Graduate with 14 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales
Experience in Real Estate preferred Fluent in English and regional languages
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Excel
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
