Role OverviewWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will:
- Run end-to-end paid advertising
- Manage e-commerce website operations
- Optimize conversions and ROAS
- Handle orders, tracking, and customer journey
- Work closely with the founder, content team, and operations team
This is a high-responsibility role with direct impact on brand revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing (Primary Role)You will be responsible for:
Paid Ads Management
- Plan, execute & optimize campaigns on:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- YouTube Ads (optional but preferred)
- Budget management and daily performance monitoring
- A/B testing creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Retargeting strategy (website visitors, video viewers, cart abandoners, etc.)
- Lookalike audience building
- Monthly performance reporting and insights
KPIs You'll Own
- ROAS
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- Conversion Rate
- Cost per Lead
- Website traffic growth
- Revenue from paid ads
2. Website & E-Commerce ManagementYou will manage:
- Shopify / Website backend
- Product uploads, descriptions, pricing updates
- Inventory updates
- Order processing & coordination with operations team
- Tracking shipments
- Handling returns/exchanges
- Setting up discount codes, offers & festival campaigns
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Website analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag)
3. Marketing & Brand CoordinationYou will work with:
- Content team for ad creatives
- Photographer / videographer for shoots
- Founder for strategy & launches
- Operations team for fulfillment
- Customer support team for queries
You should be able to:
- Brief creative requirements
- Suggest ad ideas
- Align campaigns with brand calendar (festivals, launches, sales)
Who Should Apply (Required Skills)You must have:
- 24 years experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Shopify (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills
- Basic understanding of luxury branding
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work under deadlines
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)- Experience with jewelry, luxury, or D2C brands
- Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo)
- Experience with influencer collaborations
- Knowledge of UTM tracking
- Knowledge of conversion funnels
