E-commerce-Performance Marketing Manager (Neo Foods)
Location: Mumbai
Role Purpose:
Drive revenue growth and market share across E-commerce and Quick-Commerce platforms through effective performance marketing strategies, data-driven campaign management and optimized digital investments. The role will focus on maximizing sales performance while maintaining marketing efficiency and ensuring strong brand visibility across digital marketplaces.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
Financial
- Drive revenue growth across key E-commerce and Quick-Commerce platforms including Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, 1Mg, JioMart and other online marketplaces.
- Take full ownership of performance marketing investments and ensure optimal utilization of budgets to drive business growth.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while maintaining efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Ensure marketing investments remain within the defined financial framework and contribute to sustainable growth.
Process
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual performance marketing plans aligned with business goals and category milestones.
- Work closely with content teams to optimize A+ content, brand stores, and product display pages (PDPs) to improve conversion rates and click-to-cart ratios.
- Analyze cross-channel attribution to understand the impact of paid campaigns on organic growth and brand performance.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate inventory levels and prevent campaign inefficiencies due to stock-outs.
Customer
- Monitor category performance and track daily market share trends across geographies using digital shelf analytics tools such as AC Nielsen Digital Shelf or similar platforms.
- Drive growth in Share of Voice (SOV) across key product categories to maintain strong brand visibility during high-intent search journeys.
- Leverage insights from Quick-Commerce algorithms to strengthen brand presence and capture market share from competitors.
- Implement effective bidding strategies to protect core brand keywords while expanding visibility across competitive keyword spaces.

Role Requirements:
Educational Qualifications
- MBA
- Specialization in Digital Marketing / Data Analytics preferred
Experience (Type & Nature)
- 47 years of experience in E-commerce Performance Marketing
- 2 years of experience managing Quick-Commerce platforms preferred
Skills & Technical Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Commerce Cloud, and Quick-Commerce ad platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
- Ability to track category trends, optimize campaign performance, and drive revenue growth through data-driven decision making
- Experience in managing large-scale performance marketing budgets and driving efficient campaign outcomes
