Role Overview
We are looking for a performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and social media content creation. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, creating, and executing ad campaigns while also producing engaging video content aligned with current trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns including targeting, budgeting, and optimization
- Design and execute high-converting ad creatives (images, videos, reels)
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and product videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Identify and implement latest social media trends for brand growth and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
Requirements
- 24 years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Ability to create, run, and optimize ad campaigns independently
- Experience in video creation/editing for social media (Reels/Shorts)
- Good understanding of trend analysis and creative content strategy
- Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with Google Ads or other paid platforms
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
