Role Overview

TVC is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead performance marketing for one of our premier clients in the leisure travel industry. Your mission is simple: turn wanderlust into high-quality inquiries. You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns that fill the sales pipeline with travelers ready to book their next big adventure.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Architecture: Design and deploy multi-channel lead gen funnels across Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads (Search/Display/PMax) tailored for tours and travel packages.

Lead Quality Optimization: Go beyond the click. Continuously refine creative assets, targeting, ad copy, and landing pages to lower the Cost per Lead (CPL) while increasing the Lead-to-Booking ratio.

Full-Funnel Management: Manage the transition of leads from digital touchpoints to the client's CRM, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.

Data Storytelling: Track daily performance and provide TVC leadership and the client with actionable insights, moving past vanity metrics to focus on ROAS and ROI.

Creative Collaboration: Work with our creative team to iterate on high-performing travel visuals and hook copy that resonates with specific traveler personas.

Skills & Experience

Experience: 24 years in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record of generating leads specifically within the Tours & Travel or Hospitality sector.

Platform Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads (high intent search) and Meta Ads (visual storytelling).

Analytical Rigor: Deep experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and API conversions to track the entire user journey.

Sales Alignment: Familiarity with CRMs (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or industry-specific tools) to monitor lead quality and feedback loops.

The Traveler's Mindset: An understanding of seasonal travel trends and how to adjust bidding strategies for peak holiday windows.
