Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager - Meta Ads
Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Shift: 2 PM 11 PM (US Shift)
Experience: 4+ Years (US Market Preferred)
About the Role
Looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. Focus on B2B lead generation, demand generation, and pipeline growth. Role requires strong ownership of strategy, execution, and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage full-funnel Meta Ads campaigns (cold, retargeting, conversion)
- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies for high-quality B2B leads
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and pipeline metrics
- Run continuous A/B testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copies)
- Manage budgets, scaling strategies, and campaign performance
- Ensure proper setup of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and tracking systems
- Analyze campaign data and improve conversion rates and lead quality
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams for better ad performance and lead conversion
- Maintain campaign hygiene (naming conventions, UTMs, audience exclusions)
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Paid Social Marketing
- Strong experience in B2B lead generation and performance marketing
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
- Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategy
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with experience working in the US domain / international clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Conversions API (CAPI), Meta Pixel, and tracking troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce
- Experience in SaaS, staffing, outsourcing, or consulting industry
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads or multi-channel paid marketing
