Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads and Programmatic Advertising to lead paid media initiatives and drive scalable growth. This role is ideal for someone who is highly data-driven, performance-focused, and experienced in managing multi-channel paid campaigns.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns with a clear focus on ROI, customer acquisition, and growth metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns using DSP platforms.
- Own campaign strategy from setup to execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Track and improve key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and CAC.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights and performance reports.
- Work closely with content, design, analytics, and sales teams to align campaign objectives.
- Manage media budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Experience in programmatic advertising and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and basic tracking setups.
- Experience working with multiple industries or agency-side clients.
- Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization.
