Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and integrate high-potential keywords into content, meta tags, and headers
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve on-site issues affecting search engine performance
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content aligned with keyword strategies
- Lead and manage off-site SEO campaigns, including link-building and partnerships to increase domain authority
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to guide strategy
- Stay updated with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices to refine ongoing strategies
- Generate regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal teams and senior management
- Work with developers, designers, and content teams to implement SEO best practices
- Align SEO strategies with overall marketing objectives in close collaboration with the marketing team
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, duplicate content, and slow site speed
- Monitor competitors SEO strategies and adjust internal efforts accordingly
- Explore and implement emerging trends like voice search optimization and mobile-first indexing
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with demonstrated success in growing organic traffic
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and key tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush)
- Proficiency in keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization
- Strong knowledge of off-site SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple SEO initiatives and work cross-functionally
- Adaptable and eager to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving SEO landscape
- SEO or digital marketing certifications are a plus
