Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for acquiring high-quality customers profitably through platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will come from a consumer startup or D2C background and have a strong track record of delivering high ROI results through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve performance metrics.
  • Monitor budgets, bids, and daily spending to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Provide detailed reporting on KPIs, audience insights, and learnings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new advertising tools or features.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (minimum 23 years).
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Experience working in a consumer startup, D2C brand, or e-commerce environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of growth funnels, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to build performance marketing strategies from scratch.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
