About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and capable of delivering measurable results through targeted online advertising.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Display, and other digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Manage budgets, monitor spending, and ensure campaigns achieve ROI and performance benchmarks.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms.
- Create A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
- Track and optimize lead quality, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and other core performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, display ads, remarketing, and funnel strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to think strategically while managing execution end-to-end.
Preferred Skills- Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress).
- Knowledge of SEO basics.
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, CRM systems).
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus.
