Role Overview
As Manager – Performance Marketing (New Initiatives), you will own end-to-end user acquisition for new business lines (0→1 and 1→10 scale). This role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, experimentation mindset, and execution excellence to unlock scalable growth while maintaining efficiency (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Execution
- Build and scale performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Drive 0→1 and 1 →10 growth for new initiatives, identifying scalable acquisition levers
- Own campaign planning, execution, and optimization across full funnel (awareness → conversion)
2. Experimentation & Optimization
- Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Continuously optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and funnel efficiency
- Identify new growth opportunities through data insights and rapid experimentation
3. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve landing page performance and lead quality
- Drive end-to-end funnel improvements (ad → landing → lead → sale)
- Implement high-intent capture strategies for high AOV purchase journeys
4. Analytics & Attribution
- Own tracking and attribution frameworks using GA4, GTM, and server-side tracking (CAPI)
- Analyze campaign performance, cohort behavior, and LTV to inform decision-making
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership with actionable insights
5. Budget & Stakeholder Management
- Manage significant monthly budgets with a focus on scalable and efficient growth
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and CRM teams to align on business goals
- Present performance updates, insights, and growth plans to leadership
